1.6

6 ounces

My first week back on Weight Watchers was a good one. I stuck to the plan, I worked out and I weighed in today and lost 1.6 pounds. I was excited! I did however start to think about all that I could have done better, like not drink or eat that "lil somethin extra". But, then I immediately said to myself that this is how life is going to be so just roll with it. I knew I was going out on Friday, and I knew I was going to drink this weekend so why trip?

Anyway, I'm staying committed. That's the plan!

It's On!!!

Hey Gang! (I don't even think anybody reads this, but hey it's therapeutic nonetheless).

I am back on Weight Watchers!!! I am ending day two and its been good.. Ok, so I haven't gotten to that road yet where I will have to choose good health over a cake (a whole one) but I'll simply deal with each challenge, and each day as it comes....

Weight Watchers new motto which I LOVE is "Stop Dieting, and Start Living" isn't that great! I can tell you one thing I know for sure, and that is dieting gets you nowhere in the long run. Well, I can tell you what it gets me, weight loss in the short term and then weight gain in the long run. And, that weight gain always comes with a few extra friends. Why, I don't know?

I'm excited cause this is my time, (again) and as you know I have been living a life full of "agains" especially when it comes to weight loss, and living healthy. To me however, all of those "agains" is a sign of strength, it's me not giving up after I fall off the wagon (which I do more than you will ever know) :)

Slow and steady is the key and I need to constantly remind myself that on days I have to weigh in (Monday's are my days).

Anyway, I'm excited and look forward to tracking my progress with you. To really put myself out there, I'm gonna tell you how much I weighed in at yesterday. 233.4 pounds. WOW... Work it out phat (pretty hot and tempting) gurl!!!!
