
My first week back on Weight Watchers was a good one. I stuck to the plan, I worked out and I weighed in today and lost 1.6 pounds. I was excited! I did however start to think about all that I could have done better, like not drink or eat that "lil somethin extra". But, then I immediately said to myself that this is how life is going to be so just roll with it. I knew I was going out on Friday, and I knew I was going to drink this weekend so why trip?
Anyway, I'm staying committed. That's the plan!

That's the best way to think about it. The coulda/shoulda/woulda's will get you every time. Like Ihsan said "Treat it like a vegetable and move on."
