Hey- just read your blog as inspiration. Leaving for vacation on November 21 and am NOT happy about the state of my tummy. Keep up the good work - and I will try to do the same! Note- adding 15 minutes of exercise every morning. Not much- but if I do it 6 out of 7 days- it adds up to an hour and a half!
That's one area I excel in. I typically work out 5-7 hours a week. I happen to like it- but to get through this little plateu- I figure the more the better because I am incapable of starving myself! However- I just realized I don't need to eat desert EVERY SINGLE night - LOL! So that may help too!

thatas gr8 mandy 15 minutes is better than no minutes... Ive been slacking off on exercising :(
